DBS, one of the winners of the “Customer Service Excellence Award 2012”, was very kind to have arranged a company visit during which they revealed the secrets of their success to the participants. Wrapping up the visit was a guided tour of DBS’s customer service center which gave the participants a general overview of their operation and their “RED” service culture.
