More than 70 members joined us in a half-day gathering on May 21 at the Kowloon Tong Fire Station despite the amber rainstorm signal. Thanks to Mr LO Chun-man, Senior Divisional Officer, who led a guided tour around the Fire Station personally. The close encounters with the fire-fighters further reinforce the importance of commitment and dedication in customer service. Following the tour was a sharing session by Hong Kong Fire Services Department, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. Details of the Customer Service Excellence Awards were also announced during the gathering. Deadline for award registration would be 5 July 2013.
