The second full day training – New Way Symbiotic Innovation Workshop - was held on 9 August 2013 at CLP Head Office. A total of 22 participants joined the workshop to learn about the new ways on how to convert their innovative potential into competencies.

Our speaker Professor Simon Tam, a research authority who has more than 20 years of experience teaching MBA programmes at HKU Business School,  skillfully utilized his expertise to introduce eight types of innovation which was complemented by excerpts from films and documentaries.  Participants were also encouraged to raise their questions and voice their opinions during the course. Ending the day’s programme was an interactive session when all participants were asked to apply the theories to different scenarios.
