Two of HKACE’s member companies pioneering in practicing service appreciation programmes were invited to share their experience and exchange ideas with fellow HKACE members in a seminar held on Jun 20.  Thanks to Ms Veni Pak and Ms Jenny Ha of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd and Ms Debby Law and Ms Carman Kwong of Canon Hongkong Co Ltd for their in-depth sharing.
