Held at PCCW-HKT Premier Office in Wanchai, the second service appreciation sharing seminar attracted some 30 HKACE members and young service stars of 2014.  Thanks to Mr Stephen Lui and his colleagues at PCCW-HKT who outlined in details their tactics in motivating staff through their company-wide “Service Excellence Awards”.  Thanks also to Ms Wendy Wong and her CLP colleagues who impressed the audience with their low-budget yet high-profile "全城讚賞 你我有獎" internal recognition programme.  Both sharing provided very useful insights into ways of promoting service excellence and an appreciation culture within an organisation.
