James Tong, Chairman of HKACE, commented “This year is the 16th Anniversary of HKACE. I am over the moon to see that customer service in Hong Kong has been enhanced due to our efforts. We are continuously encouraging those across the industry to actively participate in the service appreciation programme. Expectations among customers continue to rise and the industry has become even more competitive, meaning companies need to work harder than ever to deliver outstanding services to attract and retain customers.”

HKACE aims to foster customer service excellence in Hong Kong among the years. In 2002 the HKACE introduced the ‘Customer Service Excellence Awards’ programme which recognises and rewards member companies and their individual staff for outstanding customer service to the Hong Kong Community.
