HKACE 17^th Anniversary Luncheon cum Customer Service Excellence Award 2016 Presentation Ceremony will be held on 24 January 2017, at the Convention Hall of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Recognition will be given to all award winners for their effort in fostering customer service excellence. To encourage the companies which use innovative ideas to optimize their customer service among companies, a new award category - “Service Innovation Award” was added to the awards.
